I scheduled a system check up for my heat pump on March 20th. I also ask them to check a problem with the unit I was aware of. The office kept me informed as to when to expect the technicians. When the technician (Mike) was on his way, he text me his photo and information about himself. The technician and trainee arrived looking neat and were very polite. They took care not to cause any mess. I received an excellent explanation of what they would do and how they would do it. They completed the system check up and diagnosed the problem I was having. They informed me of what they found and documented it with photos of readings and pointing out the issues on the unit. I was given options on how to correct the issues found and cost of each option. All work requested was done quickly and correctly. They did an outstanding job and I will be using them in the future.

Scheduling the appointment with Comfort Advisor was easy. Kevin did a great job of explaining features of different HVAC systems and listened well. Dante and Roberto arrived early for the installation and explained how the thermostat worked. The carbon monoxide detectors are a good safety feature. I would definitely recommend this company. Six days after installation we received a thank you card from the company with an insulated lunch bag with cookies inside. Nice touch. Warranty registration was filed by the company and confirmation was received within two weeks.
